‘Do not be terrified, or afraid of them. Reading this passage moved me much. The picture of how God carried Israel as a father carries his son to love and to protect him till the end of the trial touches me. God always makes His presence known to us so that our confidence is in the Lord but how often we live our lives in unbelief and fear. Still, God continues to give of His love freely.
