Dear Sarah

Dearest Sarah,

This is our prayer unto the Lord for you.

Thank you Lord for blessing us with the gift of Sarah - a girl who is our great comfort and joy: a girl who always loves to snuggle up with us and who always loves her family and misses them throughout the day, a girl who is always ready to put aside her preference because she doesn’t want to trouble her family, a girl who thanks God daily for blessing her with a wonderful family. Thank you for giving us the best daughter we could ever have.

We ask you dear Lord that you keep her safe and well wherever she goes and in whatever she does. Please protect her from physical and mental danger and harm and evil - only guide us as parents to teach her your truths and show her who You are through Your Word and through our lives so that she will be able to cling onto You and Your promises amidst life’s struggles and difficulties and tragedies. We pray Lord that you will prepare her a soulmate who loves you deeply and understands how Christ loves the church and will love her just as much - in all gentleness and patience and love. Mommy specially prays that You will preserve her life so that she can walk with Sarah through her every milestone. 

Thank you dear Lord for Sarah, thank you.

note: It takes my daughter’s birthday to finally kick me back into writing. But do look out for a new space where I will record faithfully (I hope)...

I am back ….I think

2015 ….much changes, exciting ones I think.

New home, new school, new goals (or should I say “renewed goals) . I should be spending much time in the first quarter of 2015 trying to achieve the best state of equilibrium.

But with a lease of life, everything else is a blessing:)

Tokyu Hands

Tokyu hands was our little science centre when we lived in Tokyo for a month. After our library sessions in the foreign section of Kinokuniya at Takashimaya Square, we would never fail to pop by Tokyu Hands. Sarah and Sammy just loved it. 

Couldn't resist picking something up while browsing in Westgate today. I found these files that resemble X Ray films way too cool. One each for the kiddos to file their special work.
